The MBA program is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, and affiliated with Punjab Technical University (PTU), Jalandhar. The program is spread across four semesters and offers dual specialization from the third semester onwards, enabling students to gain in-depth knowledge in various areas of business management. The Marketing specialization focuses on consumer behavior, service marketing, integrated marketing communication, sales management, retail management, international marketing, and social media marketing. Finance specialization helps students understand financial services, corporate finance, security analysis, portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, and managerial aspects of finance. Human Resource Management provides knowledge of organizational development, labor laws, industrial relations, and international HR management. Operations Management emphasizes logistics, supply chain management, quality management systems, cost reduction, and service enhancement strategies. Business Analytics equips students with skills in business forecasting, marketing analytics, data science using R, and data visualization techniques. The Management Information Systems specialization introduces students to data mining, data-driven decision making, e-commerce, digital marketing, software project management, and digital innovation and transformation.
