• All those candidates who have passed Bachelors Degree of minimum three year duration in any discipline from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC)

Programme Details

The program is approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to Punjab Technical University (PTU), Jalandhar

The program is divided into four semesters. This program offers dual specialization which begins from third semester of the program to give indispensable information on various fields of the business management. Various specializations are as under:

• Marketing : The objective of this course is to help students to understand consumer behavior and service marketing ,integrated Marketing Communication and Sales Management, Retail Management International and Social Media
• Finance : Its main emphasis is to help students to understand role of Financial Services in Business organizations and to give an insight into the strategic, regulatory, operating and managerial issues concerning financial services. Students would also be able to learn and understand about security analysis and portfolio management, amalgamations and mergers , corporate finance and other areas of finance.
• Human Resource Management : Students would be learning about organizational change and development, understand basics of labor laws and industrial relations applicable in various business houses, international human resource management and
• Operations Management : To make students understand about the growing recognition that the twin goals of cost reduction and service enhancement can be achieved through logistics. Supply chain management would be giving an insight to students about a well-designed quality management system that will help in identification of problems and improvement of output quality to meet the changing market scenario.
• Business Analytics : This specialization would acquaint the students with indepth knowledge of business forecasting, marketing analytics, and acquaint the students with data sciences using R, data visualization for managers.
• Management Information Systems : The students would learn about data mining, and datadriven decision making with the effectiveness and understand about Ecommerce and digital marketing, Managing Software Projects and Managing Digital Innovation and Transformation.
