Mr. Vijay Kumar serves as the International Admission Coordinator at
Ludhiana College of Engineering and Technology. He is responsible for
managing the admission process of international students and providing
guidance regarding immigration procedures and academic documentation. He
also works towards improving administrative systems and office workflow
to
ensure efficient student support services.
He evaluates academic qualifications, financial documents, and English
language proficiency of students from different countries to determine
their eligibility for admission. In addition, he assists students with
admission procedures, transfer credit evaluation, visa-related guidance,
and compliance with Indian immigration regulations. He regularly
monitors
the academic and immigration status of international students to provide
timely assistance whenever required.
Mr. Vijay Kumar also maintains communication with Indian and foreign
embassy
officials regarding scholarships, student support opportunities, and
international education policies. He may coordinate recruitment visits
and
counseling sessions in different countries to guide prospective students
about the institution and its academic programs.
