Applicants are required to complete the online “New Registration” form available on the admission portal and ensure that all details are correctly filled in. Qualification documents and academic certificates must be clearly scanned and uploaded. If the marks sheet or transcript is not in English, a certified English-translated copy must also be submitted along with the original document. In case the result has not been declared, candidates should select the status as “Result Awaited” and upload the appearing certificate along with other academic documents. Based on the submitted documents, the college’s International Admission Office and Scholarship Assessment Committee will evaluate the application, finalize the admission process, and determine scholarship eligibility for international students.
After successful verification of the online application form and supporting documents, the college will issue an “Admission Offer Letter” along with a “Fee Due Invoice.” Applicants are required to pay an advance registration fee of USD 150 through online payment or bank transfer using the details mentioned in the invoice. A scanned copy of the payment receipt must be sent to international@lcetldh.com or ludhianalcet@gmail.com for confirmation. The college may take up to one week to verify the fee payment. Tuition fee and hostel fee can be paid by the applicant upon arrival at the college.
Once the registration application and advance registration fee are received, the institute will issue and email the Visa Letter required for the student visa process. The International Admission Office assists students with visa processing without any additional charges. Applicants are required to submit documents including a valid passport, medical clearance certificate (Yellow Fever Card), police clearance certificate, sponsor or parent bank statement, Visa Letter, Admission Offer Letter, and online visa application form. Since the Indian student visa process generally takes around 3–4 weeks, students are advised to apply well in advance and may contact the Indian High Commission or Embassy in their home country for further guidance. For assistance, students may contact the International Admission Office at +91 9478503999, +91 9478503666, or via email at ludhianalcet@gmail.com .
Students must inform the college about their arrival at least seven days before reaching the campus and report before the last reporting date mentioned on the college website. In case of delayed reporting, students must seek special permission from the International Admission Office. Students will not receive academic benefits for lectures, assessments, or classwork missed due to late reporting. However, during emergencies or global pandemics, students may attend online classes arranged by the college. The Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) process is mandatory for all foreign nationals studying in India, except students from Nepal and Bhutan, and must be completed within 14 days of arrival in India. Nepalese and Bhutanese students are required to complete Form-S registration under the Foreign Students Information System (FSIS). For assistance regarding FRRO or FSIS procedures, students may contact the college through international@lcetldh.com or ludhianalcet@gmail.com .
