ISTE Chapter
Ludhiana College of Engineering & Technology who is already a member of ISTE (Indian Society for Technical Education) has got the approval from Executive Council for the formation of an ISTE Chapter at LCET under the headship of Dr. J S Sohal Director LCET and dedicated efforts of Faculty of all departments.
The main goal of ISTE is to serve as a common agency for stimulating and guiding its members to formulate the general goals and responsibilities of technical education for the service of mankind and the advancement of general welfare.
ISTE cooperates with Central and State Governments industry and approved institutions, professional bodies; All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Department of Science and Technology (DST) and individuals in the cause of technical education and research.
