COMPUTING FACILITIES
At LCET, computers form the backbone of learning activities. Computer center provides computational facilities to all the users in the institute. With internet now –at the heart of mainstream courses, reliable infrastructure is crucial in delivering seamless connectivity for an engaging learning environment.
Computer Center at LCET provides computing facilities comprising latest computers enabled with fast processors and linked to a wide range of software and print services. Center is equipped with web server, E- Mail Server, Security Wall, Bandwidth Management and Data Services. All the computers are interconnected through a secured network with high speed 5 Mbps internet facility is available to all students irrespective of their stream.
The center also provides various advanced and special purpose software’s as well as different operating systems, for all the campus users.
The center also has the procedure to install MATLAB.

- Mail server with managed bandwidth of 5Mbps which helps in communication through messaging within the campus.
- Wi-Fi Campus including Internet Lab and Hostel.
- GSM Workstation has been setup to send SMS (Short messages services) messages to parents, faculty and students on their mobile, hence improving the communication among all.
- Licensed McAfee Antivirus and Semantics Antivirus version 10.1.0.394
